REfund POLICY
SCA MODULE COURSES, Latte art courses and Bean to bar course
You can reschedule or request a refund 30 days before your SCA Module course for FREE.
After this period, you can reschedule or get a refund less 20% of the cost of the course up to 14 days before the start date; after that time, rescheduling or cancellations are no longer possible.
Roasting Lab PRO Business
These courses have limited seats and sell out or require minimum enrollment in order to be held; canceling the course would therefore mean preventing other students from attending.
You can cancel or reschedule 60 days before the course for free.
After this period you can reschedule or get a refund less 20% of the course cost up to 14 days before the course, after which rescheduling or cancellations are no longer possible.
Q Grader Courses
Update 10/17/2023
We are sorry we can't offer refunds on the Q Grader course. The CQI requires minimum number of students in the course and leaving the course can jeopardize participation of other students too. Thank you for understanding.
