To prepare for ROASTING LAB PRO, you can sign up for the (optional) 1-day PRIMER course which will allow you to refresh your coffee know-how and learn about elementary techniques of cupping and roasting through a series of lectures and exercises. The PRIMER starts at 9.30am and ends at 4:30pm. To add the PRIMER, sign up for the COMBO course.
