SCA Introduction to coffee

Hi, I am your trainer - valerian hrala
In this course, I will take you on a fun trip following the path of coffee from its origin to your cup. This day is filled with coffee tastings and activities. My promise is that after this course you will know where your coffee comes from, how to differentiate specialty and non-specialty coffee, how it is brewed, and what all the fuss is about.
Hi, my name is Valerian and I have been working with coffee since 2001, when I started Green Plantation Coffee, offering single origin coffee in Slovakia. For more than 15 years I have been working, living and writing about coffee. With the Boot team, I developed the first online coffee education project, coffeecourses.com. You can listen to me and some amazing guests talking coffee business on the Coffeeis.MEÂ podcast.
