These six lots hit record prices at the 2022 Best of Panama auction, the kind of numbers that usually stay buried in trade headlines nobody outside the industry reads. We bought them that year, froze them within days, and they've sat untouched since. This tasting is the only time any of it gets thawed and roasted. Once the pot's empty, there's no second thaw.
Whether you are a master coffee taster, a serious enthusiast, or simply a curious person from the street who can't believe coffees can cost this much, you are welcome. We'll pour each coffee into small tasting cups so everyone at the table can work through all six side by side, at their own pace.
