At the 2026 Dubai Coffee Auction by DMCC, exceptional coffees from some of the world's most celebrated producers were offered to buyers from around the globe. The top lot reached an extraordinary $3,075 per kilogram.

For one afternoon at Boot Coffee, we will select top six incredible lots from the 2026 Dubai Coffee Auction and brew them individually on Chemex so you can taste them side by side.

Expect extraordinary producers, rare varieties, tiny lots and coffees commanding prices of hundreds and in some cases thousands of dollars per kilogram.
This isn't about drinking six cups of coffee. It is about getting access to coffees that most coffee drinkers even serious ones will never have an opportunity to taste.
We'll brew each coffee carefully on Chemex, taste them together, and talk about the producers, varieties, processing, auction results and what makes coffees at this level so extraordinary.
