This course is specifically designed for coffee professionals who seek expert training from renowned industry specialists. Trainers are two industry veterans: Marcus Young, SCA certified instructor, and Willem Boot, SCA certified instructor and also the producer of his award-winning La Mula Geisha coffee. The course provides solid hands-on training in roasting and quality protocols, from a theoretical as well as from a practical point of view. We allow for sufficient one-on-one interaction.

Advanced Course for Professionals
Take your coffee skills to the next level with the intermediate course for coffee professionals. We immerse you in a series of hands-on training exercises. Among others, this is what you’ll learn roast defects, the physical changes that beans undergo during the roasting process, roast profiles, as well as workspace management and lean production. On the final day you will take the SCA Intermediate Roasting exam.
